Prepare your application

Before you submit your application, you have to:

1. Consult the CHECKLIST FOR A RESIDENT CARD APPLICATION, to confirm the required documents to be submitted;
2. Please check if your passport is not expired before submitting your application. Verify if your PHOTOGRAPH is acceptable by the National Identification Office
3. Take knowledge of the Fees applicable for your submission. You can opt for additional services. No additional fee will be requested. If you are charged with fees that are not indicated on the payment list, please report it to us at reclamation.oni@oni.ci
4. After confirming your appointment complete your Resident Card APPLICATION FORM. Make sure you fill the correct information’s to avoid any risk of rejection
