The application center for the resident card changes location as of June 08, 2021, the new site is at the following address:

VFS Côte d'Ivoire, Residents Card Application Center - ONECI, near Residence Bertille, 2 Plateaux, Vallons

The current center will be closed to the public from Friday 04 June 2021

The new center will be open to the public from Tuesday 08 June 2021 at 8 a.m.

ONECI is pleased to inform you that you now have the possibility of being enrolled with or without an appointment.

From Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Resident Card Application Center, near Résidence Bertille, 2 Plateaux, Vallons

Applicants with valid receipts can register for the new Resident Card from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. free of charge. They will have to present the receipt, the fee payment receipt that was issued to them during the first deposit and their passport.
